State Senate Majority Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins Helps Distribute Thanksgiving Turkeys
YONKERS, NY — November 24, 2021 — State Senate Majority Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins has secured nearly 250 turkeys from local luxury car provider PCNY, Feeding Westchester and the governor’s office to distribute to non-profit agencies in Yonkers, White Plains, Greenburgh and New Rochelle in time for Thanksgiving.
The Dominican Culture Club of Yonkers, Thomas H. Slater Center in White Plains, Union Baptist Church of New Rochelle, Calvary Baptist Church of White Plains, The Theodore D. Young Community Center in Greenburgh and Gemstarr Entertainment in White Plans will be distributing these turkeys and other foods to the food-insecure families they serve.
