Project DASH Marks Milestone of 75,000 Deliveries to People in Need of Food in Westchester, Putnam Counties
A milestone was marked Wednesday for getting food to people in need in Westchester and Putnam communities.
A total of 75,000 deliveries were made in the fight to end food insecurity, thanks to Project DASH.
The project is an initiative spearheaded by United Way Westchester and Putnam, DoorDash and 40 other local partners.
Our purpose is to feed, empower, and unite our community. Our mission, to nourish our neighbors in the fight against hunger. But, the distribution of this food is only possible because of your support.
