“Just because you finish your work doesn’t mean you don’t go and help the next guy.”
More than a motto—this is the mindset Keith instills in the Distribution Center Drivers at Feeding Westchester.

As the Manager of Transportation, Keith acts like a coach, ensuring his drivers understand the game plan and execute it as one team.
His leadership approach stems from a simple but powerful belief:
“When I first came, it was more of every man for himself. I kind of made my team a team. So everyone helps everyone… we’re a unit.”
For the past five years, Keith has contributed to Feeding Westchester’s mission by ensuring that our drivers have clear, consistent routes to deliver food to neighbors in need.
From lead driver to supervisor, and now manager, Keith brings a wealth of experience to the table—ensuring his neighbors’ tables are never empty.
His passion is grounded in upholding Feeding Westchester’s core values.
When asked what makes Feeding Westchester so special, Keith didn’t hesitate: “It’s the atmosphere. The atmosphere is different.”
He explained:
“You get a ‘good morning’ every time you come in. No one walks past you. You feel important everywhere you go. No one ignores you here… You feel like you belong to something.”
This positive culture has given Keith the space to thrive as a leader—and his team, the opportunity to be at the heart of the mission, directly delivering food and hope to Westchester’s communities.

Keith understands the weight of this responsibility.
Reflecting on his time at Feeding Westchester, he recalled a powerful moment that reminded him of the magnitude of the work:
“A few years ago, in the wintertime, there was a lady. She came to one of the distributions at St. Bernard’s in White Plains. She pulled me aside and said, ‘You know something? Without these distributions every week, I’d have to use cash to pay for groceries.’ Because we do this, she’s able to use her cash to pay for heat in the winter.”
He added:
“She’s a retired woman, living on a fixed income. She said she wouldn’t be able to get oil for the winter if she had to buy food. It’s a big thing we do. It helps people.”
Keith knows that Feeding Westchester’s services have a personal and lasting impact.
And thanks to Keith and his team, Westchester neighbors will never be forgotten—they’ll always be met with nourishment, compassion, and care.
