Feeding Westchester is excited to welcome groups of up to 20 team members to pack at our distribution center in Elmsford. There is a $2,500 engagement fee requested for all group opportunities, which supports our mission to bring 20 million pounds of food to nourish our neighbors.

We are also happy to offer custom projects at the location of your choice. Fees start at $3,500 and is dependent on the number of volunteers and number of hours.
Third-party events are implemented by outside organizations for the benefit of Feeding Westchester. The sponsoring organization must be respected in the community and one whose reputation will enhance Feeding Westchester’s public image.
To protect both the donating parties and Feeding Westchester, the following guidelines must be followed. We ask that our prospective donors read and understand these guidelines, prior to registering your promotion. Please submit your application by completing the form below.

This is the perfect student volunteer project, specially designed bags for students who need service hours. Please be sure to email us about the project, including your name and the name of your school/religious institution, and let us know if you need a letter of completion when you drop off your completed bags.

You can volunteer by packing food at our distribution centre, sorting shelf-stable items, assisting at events, helping remotely from home, or serving as part of a corporate group.

Requirements vary by program. Generally, teams must register in advance, and some shifts (especially group or corporate ones) involve fees. If you’re a group, team size, hours and roles determine cost or commitment. If volunteers have specific constraints or needs, contacting Volunteer Services ahead of time is recommended.
