Check Out Hunger Campaign
October 15, 2018 @ 12:00 am - January 2, 2019 @ 12:00 am
October 15, 2018 – January 2, 2019
Each year, select grocery stores throughout Westchester County participate in Check-Out Hunger® (COH), a point of sale campaign running through January 2019 that benefits food banks from New England through Virginia and even Florida. Feeding Westchester is proud and grateful to be a beneficiary of this campaign.
While shopping at your participating grocery store, you are encouraged to donate to this campaign, the proceeds of which benefit our 300 + hunger relief programs throughout the County. This year, Feeding Westchester has 16 grocery stores participating, and we need your help to make this campaign a success! “Check Out Hunger” by visiting
participating stores and supermarkets and making a donation at the cash register.

Feeding Westchester hosts exciting events throughout the year that support our mission of ending hunger in Westchester County. These events include family fun food packing competitions (Community Scoop-a-Thons), gardening groups, our Miles for Meals 5K Fun Run, and more!
Local businesses can support these events through purchasing tickets, becoming sponsors, and spreading awareness.
We also partner with local groups or companies that are fundraising on our behalf. Feeding Westchester provides our logo, guidelines, and sometimes in-person support to ensure the success of these efforts.
Register for our e-newsletter or view our calendar of events for information on upcoming events and help end hunger in Westchester County.
